Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that we are only shipping to the U.S. at this time. Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable. At this time, we are not shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Processing Times
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within standard carrier timeframes after the 1 to 2 business day processing window.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.
Address Changes
If you need to update a shipping address, contact us right away at hello@kipi.com. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.
Missed or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us at hello@kipi.com and we will assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, keep all packaging and email hello@kipi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Free Returns
We provide free returns on all purchases for up to 30 days. To start a return, email hello@kipi.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original form of payment. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Gift Orders
Refunds for items marked as gifts go to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. If duties or import fees are required by your local authority, these will be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Holidays
During peak periods and holidays, processing and carrier transit times may be longer than usual.
